We are a small cattery in central Iowa. Trying to determine if we are a "hobby" or
"professional" cattery is almost impossible. It feels like a hobby because we enjoy
our cats and kittens so much and they are all our pets. On the other hand it feels like a profession
because there is so much involved in the care, socialization, study of genetics, pedigrees, breed
standards, etc... All we know is it is definitely fun!
We are proud to be a TICA registered cattery and a member of TIAGA. We happily comply with
TICA and TAIGA high standards of conduct and code of ethics.
My husband and I are now empty nesters and I am fulfilling a lifelong dream by filling our home
with the pitter-patter of kitty paws of the beautiful and wonderful Siberian cat. Our cats and
kittens are in our home as pets, they sleep on our beds (or wherever they wish!). I'm able to be here with
our cats all day, which allows me plenty of time for socializing our growing family of cats and kittens. |

With my husband and our two grown
children all with known allergies to cats, it has been a wonderful treat to see
them all enjoy our cats and not suffer as they have in the past with other cat
breeds.
